UTC gave me what I needed for my first 50-mile race: the structured workouts that were missing in my previous preparations. I’m also still amazed by the variation in training sessions.

I know I’m taken care of. UTC tells me when to push in training or taper off before a race. And when I do a training session or provide feedback, the training plan gets updated.
