Planning for a multi-day race, let's take one giant at a time.

At UTC, we all dream of enormous running challenges. Tor des Géants is one of those Ultra Trail Races we dream of and fantasize over.

The TOR330 - Tor des Géants® is a race where the organization does not impose any compulsory stages; runners must decide when and how long to stop for rest and refreshment.

What strategy to follow to take on the Tour of Giants?

How to plan pauses, how to manage sleep deprivation, how to prepare for those 24,000 meters of climbing -much more than what you may have dealt with for now.

At UTC, we help you grow the confidence and physical and mental strength to tackle fantastic races like Tor des Géants® .

Completing some relevant preparatory test races is an integral part of such preparation.

We will help you develop your journey leading up to TDG, and we will define a race trajectory plan for your season(s) leading up to TDG?

We've researched the participants from the last ten years and their trajectory from various preparatory races. Then, we reverse-engineered their route and found the most well-trodden path to work towards Tor des Géants®.

And what's more, our new race suggestion will also take into account your starting situation so that we can develop the trajectory that best fits your individual profile.

The TOR130 - Tot Dret could be one of your preparatory race options one year prior. The TDG organization will also reserve 200 bib numbers for the TOR330 - Tor des Géants® 2023 for finishers of the 130k race in 2022. And the 130k race will surely give you a considerable taste of the beautiful Aosta valley environment.

There are other options; for example, more than 100 athletes used the Lavaredo Ultra Trail held in June as the preparatory race toward their TDG 330 goal.

Our goal is to make you realize your dreams and enable you to perform at your maximum in both training and racing. Our adaptive training plans and intelligent race journey suggestions will do precisely that.
